Information On How WeCreate Your Sports Portraits
We photograph individual athletes pictures in different poses and use those poses to
create those awesome graphics.
Once graphics/pictures are completed, each parent will receive a communication, through email and text, that their athlete's galleries are ready.
- Pick a time slot; those time slots are in increments of 30 minutes
- Come it at least five minutes before your time slot
- Get to table to sign in
- Ana will provide you with your QR Code and instructions
- Once its your turn, help your athlete to approach the picture area
- We will take a picture of your athlete and QR Code first
- We will then start taking their pictures in the many different poses
- If they have any props they would like as part of their picture, bring them
- We then will take three to four poses with those props
- Once pictures are done, proceed to move out of the picture area
- And your done

***Important Information for Picture Day!***
1. ***Payment***: Pre-Payment is due on or before Picture Day to maximize your discount. All forms are online, and links are offered in these web pages. If you decide to take advantage of your Pre-Pay All-Individual Digital Package, you will get an email stating your gallery is ready in a Pixieset communication. If you decide to wait and see your created graphics to make your purchase, you will get a communication through GotPhoto, stating your gallery is ready, use this link with your grade group access code to register your athlete:
2. ***Photo Poses***: Each athlete will take five to seven poses: poses and all other poses for individual and custom graphics. Accessories for the individual and custom graphics poses are welcome. Graphic Artist will choose which poses will be part of the final graphics created.
3. ***Backgrounds***: All backgrounds are graphics created and chosen by the artist. If you decide to purchase any custom graphics, we will create two options and give you the choice of which one you can purchase. For those packages that have a custom graphic as a gift or incentive, the custom graphic background will be artist choice.
5. ***Props***: Encourage athletes to bring props for their Social Media pose photo. (i.e., glasses, gloves, balls, hats, medals).

4. ***Photo Print/Delivery***: Photo prints and novelty items will take 2-4 weeks for delivery to your home. Most athletes receive their individual digital download photo gallery as soon as all galleries are ready, usually within two weeks from photo day (most times sooner).
Banner orders will be in batch, and each order will be on a bi-weekly basis. Banners will be delivered to the school and given to your athlete.
